UK Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) - 3-5 business days* for production and delivery. Royal Mail 48 Tracked is £2.00 for all UK orders.

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 2-3 business days* for production and delivery. Royal Mail 24 Tracked is £4.00 for all UK orders.

*Business day - any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any Bank Holiday 

• Courier Delivery - Larger or heavier orders are usually sent by courier. Production time for larger orders can take up to 10 business days. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Special Delivery and Courier Delivery require signature on arrival. If nobody is at home at the moment of the delivery the Royal Mail or UPS will leave you 'something for you card' with instructions how to arrange re-delivery or collect item from local sorting office.

 

International Delivery

At the moment, we offer international shipping to the Australia.

• Australia delivery - Ships within 2-5 business days. All orders are dispatched by DPD courier. Your order normally will arrive within 14 business days from the dispatch day.

Delivery charges for international orders are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

 

Customs & Import Charges

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
