UK Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) - 3-5 business days* for production and delivery. Royal Mail 48 Tracked is free for all UK orders.

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 2-3 business days* for production and delivery. Royal Mail 24 Tracked is £3.50 for all UK orders.

*Business day - any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any Bank Holiday 

• Special Delivery by Royal Mail - - Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday after 12 noon are usually dispatched the following day, unless it’s Bank Holiday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday, unless it’s Bank Holiday.

Your order will usually arrive next business day from the dispatch day. Delivery charge for UK Special Delivery is based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

• Courier Delivery  - Larger or heavier orders are sent by courier. Ships within 5-10 working days + delivery within 1-2 working days. Courier delivery is free for all UK orders.

Special Delivery and Courier Delivery require signature on arrival. If nobody is at home at the moment of the delivery the Royal Mail or UPS will leave you 'something for you card' with instructions how to arrange re-delivery or collect item from local sorting office.

 

Europe Delivery

Ships within 1-2 working days. All orders are dispatched by Air Mail Priority Service or by UPS courier. Your order normally will arrive within 7 working days from the dispatch day for Western Europe, and within 10 working days for Eastern Europe. All deliveries require signature on arrival.

Delivery charges for international orders are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

 

Overseas Delivery Outside Europe

Ships within 1-2 working days. All orders are dispatched by Air Mail Priority Service or by UPS courier. Your order normally will arrive within 14 working days from the dispatch day for rest of the world. All deliveries require signature on arrival.

International Delivery

At the moment, we offer international shipping to the USA and Australia.

• USA delivery - Ships within 2-5 business days. All orders are dispatched by UPS or FedEx couriers. Your order normally will arrive within 7 business days from the dispatch day.

• Australia delivery - Ships within 2-5 business days. All orders are dispatched by DPD courier. Your order normally will arrive within 14 business days from the dispatch day.

Delivery charges for international orders are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

 

Customs & Import Charges

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
