Wrapping and presentation is so important - if anything slightly more important that the card itself, because it says somthing about the sender and the importance of the product to that sender. People do judge a book by its cover and Lotus seem to know that.
I am very pleased with the card you sent me, I especially like the idea that you can write your own text on the inside of the card.
The ordering was a breeze, everything was done online, the product arrived on time, the communication about the order was great, and the card was first class, it was well made and my wife loved it.

If I knew how too I would remove my previous remarks, please accept my sincere apologies.
Beutifully presented and lovely front display but the quality of the card was poor/weak and the card falls over due to it bending under its own weight, not what I would expect for the price I paid.
I was able to build the card I wanted , it came straight away, would highly recommend
