I know it was my error but the sentence didn’t make any sense. Kind of thought as it was hand made and pretty expensive that the company would have emailed me to ensure that the wording was correct and as I intended. It clearly wasn’t! At over £21 I feel that this was a real lack of customer service on Lotus Studio part. The website also said I would have gold and white coloured rose petals in the box but only had shiny gold ones which I thought looked tacky. As it was my error and as I really liked the card I have re-ordered and triple checked that there are no mistakes. This time I will add my own matt peach coloured rose petals to the box as it will
look much classier.
