I reached out by email to ask if there was a chance of my order arriving within 72 hours, a reply was received soon after confirming that my order can be dispatched the same day which it was. It arrived just 24 hours after ordering and the quality of the card is amazing. Super happy, and have subsequently ordered 2 more cards of a different design which have just turned up this morning (and look brilliant too!).

This card is so beautiful and exactly what I’ve come to expect from Lotus when ordering special cards for special people. Sadly this card won’t go to the recipient it was created for, as my aunt passed away just after I received it. I know she would have loved it.

Delightfully presented card - the ‘reveal’ as the box is opened adds to the overall impact. For a card with a difference, this is the best I have found and it was very well received.
