Information
Greeting cards :
Every greeting card is individually handmade by Lotus Art Studio therefore there may be slight variation on each design. Each card comes complete in a plastic protective polybag with envelope or in a gift box. All materials, envelopes and gift boxes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope, gift box or other material shown in the card image is not available at any time.
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years.
Prices:
All prices on the website are including VAT.
VAT will be charged if the delivery address for order is within the European Union. If your delivery address is outside the European Union, then VAT will not be charged.
We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
Ordering and payment :
There are three ways which you can order and pay. You can pay:
1. By credit or debit card through PayPal.
2. By credit or debit card through Google Checkout.
2. By cheque. We only accept cheques in GBR Pounds Sterling from UK banks. With cheque orders your order will not be dispatched until the cheque is cleared.
Delivery, postage and packing :
UK Delivery:
1. Standard Delivery - First Class Roayal Mail. Your order is usually shipped in 48 hours of payment being received (monday to friday). All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but you need to allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.
2. Next Day delivery . This service is available just for UK mainland orders. All orders placed before 1pm will be sent same day by Royal mail special delivery (monday to friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday) and will normally arrive next day. This delivery will need to be signed for.
International Delivery:
Your order is usually shipped in 48 hours of payment being received (monday to friday). All orders are suitably packaged and sent via Airmail or Parcelforce. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the items bought for any reason simply contact us by email info@lotusartstudio.co.uk and return any unwanted products to us within 10 days of receipt for full refund (excluding postage). All goods must be returned in original and unused condition.
